Beth Dodson recently returned to the Philadelphia area after spending eleven years in southern California. While exploring the west coast, Beth earned her MFA in Writing for the Screen from USC, worked for the UCI Medical Center as a recreation therapist on the adult and adolescent psychiatry units, and served as adjunct faculty in Biola University's School of Cinematic Arts.
Beth's extensive experience as a writer includes screenplays, grants, program proposals, therapeutic education worksheets, visually engaging class lectures, story development notes, social media, and newsletter articles. She is a self-taught techie, a lover of words, and always eager to learn something new.
When she is not looking over fantasy football spreadsheets or working toward her black belt in kenpo karate, Beth enjoys dreaming big. Her bucket list includes visiting Australia Zoo, seeing the Northern Lights, and learning to skateboard. A native of Philadelphia, Beth is an avid Eagles fan and Wawa-holic. She loves board games and her mom.
